We offer general medical consultations, health assessments, and related services. All services are provided in accordance with current medical guidelines and are subject to availability.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be made via our website or by contacting our reception.
Cancellations:
General Practitioner (GP) appointments: We require at least 6 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Psychologist appointments: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Patient Responsibilities
Patients are expected to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding their health history.
Follow medical advice and treatment plans as prescribed.
Attend scheduled appointments punctually.
