Terms and Conditions
ADHD assessments require a minimum of three (3) separate appointments.
Booking the initial appointment automatically commits you to all required assessment appointments.
The assessment cannot be completed in a single session.
If you choose not to continue after the first or second appointment, the assessment will be considered incomplete.
Completion of the assessment does not guarantee an ADHD diagnosis.
Referrals to psychiatrists or specialist services may be provided where appropriate.
