Brisbane GP and Health Hub is looking for a passionate and dedicated nurse to join our warm and supportive team in a flexible part-time or casual role.

Your duties may include:
Immunisations and vaccine management (Cold Chain)
Chronic disease management and care planning
ECGs, spirometry, wound care and health assessments
Blood glucose monitoring
Assisting with minor procedures
Patient triage and telephone support
Health promotion and preventative care
What we’re looking for:
AHPRA-registered nurse
Experience in general practice (or willing to learn)
Compassionate, organised and a true team player
