Carmen is a registered nurse with a background in paramedicine and a growing passion for supporting patients in their health journey.

She has a special interest in chronic disease management and health promotion, and enjoys working alongside patients to help them feel confident and supported in their care. Her approach is always friendly, approachable, and patient-centred. She speaks both English and Afrikaans, and values connecting with people and providing high-quality patient care.
